TariffOS Manifesttariffos.com

Read-only Shopify app

Find the customs data your catalog is missing.

Manifest reads every product variant in your Shopify store and reports which ones are missing the cost, HS code, and country of origin a US import needs. It reads your catalog and writes nothing back.

These are the findings the audit returns, verbatim. Each one names a variant, the field, and what to correct — in the app and in the CSV export.

How the scan runs

  1. You install the app from Shopify Admin and grant read access to products and inventory.
  2. The app synchronizes your catalog through Shopify’s GraphQL Admin API and bulk export.
  3. Every variant is checked against the four fields above, including permission blockers when Shopify withholds cost.
  4. You filter the results, mark variants as reviewed, and download the audit as CSV.

What it never touches

  • Products, variants, and metafields — the app holds read scopes only.
  • Your storefront, theme, and checkout. No scripts are installed.
  • Orders, customers, payments, and shipping addresses. The app never requests those scopes.
  • Duty collection. Manifest does not classify goods, file entries, or act as a customs broker.

Landed-cost scenarios use your numbers

You can compare customs values and duty-rate assumptions against a variant’s cost. TariffOS does not select or infer a rate for you — every input is one you type, and the arithmetic runs in your browser. For the measures behind a rate, the app links to the dated, source-linked records on tariffos.com.

What it costs

ManifestFreeThe catalog audit, the filters and review markers, the CSV export, and the explicit-input tariff tools. There is no paid tier and no charge to install.

How to install

Install and open Manifest from its Shopify App Store listing or Shopify Admin.

TariffOS never asks you to enter your *.myshopify.com domain on this website. If a page claiming to be TariffOS asks for your store domain, password, or an access token, it is not us — report it to support@tariffos.com.

What changed, and what is coming

The measures below are tracked on tariffos.com and shown here for reference. Manifest does not monitor tariff changes — it audits catalog data. Every entry links to the government document it came from.

If you import beyond this store

Manifest only sees the catalog of the Shopify store it is installed on, and it reports data gaps rather than watching for change. TariffOS on the web is the full product:

  • Build a watchlist of HTS and origin positions from a broker invoice or an ACE file, across every channel you sell on.
  • Get alerted when a measure that touches one of your positions moves, instead of reading every Federal Register notice yourself.
  • Estimate exposure for the positions you actually import, using values you supply.
  • Hand your customs broker a brief that cites the measure and the source document behind each position.
  • Browse the dated, source-linked measure library and deadline tracker the entries above come from.
